Hi, my name is Darrell Shaffner.
My career has always centered around one thing: construction. For more than 30 years, I have worked in the construction industry, leading crews and operating as an independent remodeling contractor. Over the years I have completed countless home renovations, including full tear-outs, room additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and other remodeling projects. Those experiences taught me that quality workmanship, careful planning, and attention to detail are essential on every job.
I have never been interested in collecting trophies or awards. Instead, I take pride in something far more meaningful—earning the trust of my customers by doing the job right the first time. Remodeling is demanding work that requires organization, skill, and dedication. I have always been a hands-on contractor because I believe there is no substitute for doing the work yourself and standing behind the finished product.
About ten years ago, I discovered the importance of professionally installed safety grab bars. Since then, I have installed thousands of grab bars and have developed the knowledge and experience needed to provide safe, secure, and attractive installations. I was trained in proven installation techniques that I continue to follow today because they provide dependable, long-lasting results.
When I first entered this field, I was surprised by how difficult it was to find qualified grab bar specialists. After years of experience, I understand why. Installing grab bars correctly requires much more than simply drilling holes in a wall. Every installation requires locating studs, avoiding water lines, electrical wiring, HVAC components, and plumbing vent stacks. A mistake can cause expensive damage and create serious safety concerns. That is why experience matters.
I take great pride in every installation I perform. My goal is simple: provide a professional installation that gives you and your family greater safety, independence, and peace of mind. I believe everyone deserves to remain in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible, and properly installed grab bars are one of the most effective ways to help make that happen.
